Position: Product Development Assistant Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Position Summary:

Kendo is a division of Sephora developing exclusive and proprietary
cosmetic, fragrance and beauty accessory brands for global
distribution. The Product Development Coordinator will be responsible
for assisting the team in development as well as learning the product
development process.

Responsibilities:

- Co-develop product formula and packaging with the
intent to oversee projects.

- Manage brand partner's product approval online systems

- Request, follow up and distribute samples to internal
and external teams

- Organize and manage sample closet

- Stay abreast of the competitive market and purchase
and present compelling competitive and relevant products.

- Develop relationships with existing and new suppliers
as well as internal cross functional teams.

- Assist team with administrative tasks

- Be flexible and agile with constant changes and time
restraints.

- Be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit

- Be flexible and open to internal and external feedback



Requirements:

Passionate about makeup and client-focused

Must have a college degree with at least 3+ years work experience.

Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint

Some travel may be required
