CarOne is creating a new type of electric driverless vehicle. The 30
engineer-strong company is in stealth mode until the end of the year.
We are using advanced transportation and autonomous driving
technologies to revolutionize a segment of transportation. The
company is 29th on the list of official companies registered with the
CA DMV Autonomous Vehicle Tester Program. Signing of an NDA will be required.
We are offering three (3) summer internships for Industrial Designers:
The Automotive Designer(s) will help create, alongside our retained
industrial design firm, a new driverless transportation concept,
never seen before, that is meant to revolutionize a segment of the
transportation industry. The internship includes:
- working with a top Bay Area industrial design firm to advance new
concepts and new stylish designs that match the purpose
- working with a prototyping shop to integrate mechanical and
electrical constraints
- working on the UX/UI front end to develop an application that
interacts with customers
This is a full or part-time paid internship. Company is paying
competitive market rates.
We're located in Burlingame, CA.
