We are seeking a holistic designer for a
fast-paced start-up in San Francisco developing
Tech Toys. This is a great opportunity to come
in on the ground floor of an emerging company
with the opportunity for permanent placement and equity.



Werre looking for someone to develop a cohesive
and delightful online experience building from
our existing product and packaging. You will
design our online experiences including website,
advertisements, crowdfunding assets and social media branding.



This is a small team based in San Francisco with
multiple contractors in different locations
allowing for flexible working hours and
location. In this role you will in essence be a
founding member of a start-up all around bringing
devices to traditional toys in an environment
that encourages free-thinking, collaboration and
challenging the norm to create great designs.



Internship Details

• Open to current junior and senior level students

• Spring Term: Immediate through May 2016

• Summer Term: June - August

• Unpaid 20 hrs/wk flexible hours and days



Responsibilities

• Refine and evolve brand across multiple platforms

• Design and Develop the webpage layout and navigation

• Conduct and execute A/B testing and user research

• Writing and editing content

• Determining technical requirements

• Creating back up files

• Solving code problems



Requirements

• A great attitude

• A self-starter and willingness to have an opinion while taking feedback

• Understanding both graphic design and computer programming

• You do not need to be a programmer, but once
the on-line asset is created, you will help with maintenance and additions

• Experience designing for web

• Willingness to wear many hats to build the best product possible





Bonus Skills:

• 3D design skills and working knowledge of Solidworks is a plus

• Video editing

• Familiarity with prototyping and testing processes
