supporting the SEM team with analysis and reporting.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Positive and negative keyword generation,
grouping, deployment, and follow-through
· Analysis and optimization of keyword ad copy and landing pages/AB testing
· Bidding and targeting analysis and execution
· Monitor and assess competitive activity and keyword ranking performance
· Follow and stay fresh on industry best
practices from Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.
· Collaborate with management team to develop new campaigns and strategies
· Compilation, analysis and reporting of
monthly cost and performance summaries by search engines
· Detailed analysis and reporting on a
campaign, ad group and keyword basis for Google,
Yahoo and MSN (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, Ad Position etc.)
· Audit the performance of targeted ads placed on our website

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Engineering
and/or Economics background preferred) with
1-2yrs experience in digital marketing
· Strong Expertise in MS Excel
· Strong analytical skills and appreciation for data-driven decisions
· Desire to join the best marketing team in
the industry and become a leader within digital marketing
· Excellent written and verbal communication
skills with ability to interact with all
management levels including external clients and vendors
· Time management skills, including
demonstrated ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects
· Demonstrated effectiveness to work
independently as well as within a cross-departmental team
· Proven ability and desire to improve efficiency of cost per acquisition
· Flexibility and willingness to receive and
incorporate feedback and critiques from multiple sources
· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment
· Familiarity with MS Word and Office Suite
· Experience with Google AdWords and Microsoft adCenter preferred
· Experience working with Omniture and or
other web native reporting/management
applications such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred
