Who We Are
We design, manufacture and service highly configurable, multi-million

manufacturing advanced chips. Chances are the electronics you use on
a daily basis - cell phones, laptops, HDTVs, etc, contain chips made
with Novellus equipment. Our headquarters is located in San Jose,
California with a second facility in Tualatin, Oregon.
Merger With Lam Research
Novellus is excited to be merging with Lam Research! The merger is
expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2012. Novellus and

the same customer base; our merger will make it easier for our
customers to work with us.
